"Life's a Bitch. A Werebitch." Available for FREE Download

Hi,

I'd like to make an announcement to all my dedicated blog followers (all three of ya):

My second short story, a Bobby Lee and Wiley adventure, "Life's a Bitch. A Werebitch." will be available for free download through Amazon Kindle this weekend (2/23 and 2/24).

You don't need a Kindle to read it. You can simply download "Kindle Reader" (or use "Kindle Cloud Reader" and read from your browser) here:

If you should happen to like it, post a review (if you should happen to hate it, post a review on a Stephen King book. He'll never notice.)

Life's a Bitch. A Werebitch, Now on Kindle

My second short story featuring my two lovable slackers, Bobby Lee and Wiley, is now on Kindle:

If you enjoy horror/comedy stories you'll be sure to get a kick out of the boys' exploits. It's a steal at the price of .99!

If you should decide to purchase it (or either of the stories now on Kindle), please be a sport and post a review: good, bad, indeferent or incomprehensible. Forget I said bad.

I'm responsible for the cover art for both stories, as well. Yes, I admit it.

I've removed the story in its rough draft form from my blog, per Amazon's requirements.

Sympathy for Slender Man

Awesome Slender Man song:

Don't really know the back story on this great piece of animation.

Here's what's in the You Tube description:

"ADHD is a block of animation airing Saturday nights on FOX starting Saturday, July 27th from 11PM - 12:30AM and all over the internet right now. This shit is updated weekly."

GOOGLE IT! lol

The Horrors of DC Comics Bronze Age

Although I'd been intrigued with horror movies and monsters in general from my elementary school days, it was my discovery of DC's line of horror comics throughout the 70's that really brought home my desire to create horror stories of my own. Even during my earliest youth I was an avid "draw-er," as my friends called me. Sometimes I feel I was born with a number two pencil in my hand, as I would spend hours drawing pictures of all types of subject matter. I had always assumed I'd make my living as an artist, and spent hours looking at the illustrations in books and magazines. I even penned my own hotrod car related magazines and gave copies to friends and classmates! But it was the DC horror comics that really influenced me, as both a writer and artist. Even as a filmmaker, as I made my own "Super 8" films with the neighborhood kids as actors and audience; all horror films, of course!

Here are a few covers of DC comics (I personally own over three hundred from this era):

"Trailer Park from Hell" now available on Amazon Kindle

My short story Trailer Park from Hell is now available for download through Amazon Kindle. The story (in rough draft) has been removed from my blog (as required by Amazon), however for .99 you can download the full re-write / editted version at:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BAKU8IS

If you should happen to decide to purchase the story, let me thank you right here with a big wet toothless kiss! If you should actually decide to read it, please leave a review of some sort, even if it's just your grocery list or a hate filled rant.

I'd also like to thank everyone involved in getting me to this point (ya' know who you are), and be wary, this won't be the last Kindle project I do! I've nearly completed the edit and formatting for Life's a Bitch. A Werebitch., which will be the follow up to Trailer Park. Then, it's on to re-writes of my many other short stories which I'll eventually publish in a collection tentatively titled Ten Little Terrors.
